Expedition One - Manufacturing and Fabrication Tolerances

Expedition One products are manufactured using a combination of precision tooling, CNC processes, welding, and hand fabrication techniques. Due to the nature of steel fabrication, tubing production, bending processes, welding, material spring-back, fixture tolerances, and other manufacturing variables, minor dimensional and visual variations may occur from one product to another.

Products featuring custom hoop configurations, grille guards, tubing assemblies, brush guards, and similar fabricated components may exhibit minor variations in height, width, angle, symmetry, alignment, fit-up, or tube placement. Variations in tubing position, hoop height, hoop centering, or related fabricated features are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute a defect in materials or workmanship.

Minor variations in appearance, weld profile, tube fitment, bend location, or overall dimensions that do not affect the structural integrity, intended function, or safe operation of the product are considered acceptable and are not covered under warranty, return, exchange, or replacement policies. Expedition One reserves the right to determine whether a reported condition falls within normal manufacturing tolerances and specifications.

Product photographs, videos, trade show displays, prototype vehicles, and marketing materials are intended for general representation purposes only. Minor variations in tubing placement, hoop configuration, weld appearance, gusset placement, and other fabricated features may exist between individual products and the examples shown.
